遇到错误 49

first check if the openldap is running,

service openldap status

then if runing, check the init.ldif file. it might be some spacing problem because openldap is very sensitif with the ldif file.

ldap_bind:Invalid credentials (49)

此错误以解决

但是还是登陆不了

提示密码 账号错误

如果用在redhat9.0或是redhat4.2是否可以？

ya... for redhat 4.2 confirm no problem, but i need to rearrange the documentation so that it will list down all the package. For redhat 9, it should work but no guarantee..

guide您是指那个centos.zip文件吧，已经下载了，感谢您这么热心，还将所需要的文件也都帮下载了。我的英文在学校时就没学好，现在觉得英语很重要，对于找工作，学好linux都很有帮助，楼主的英文水平相信也是经过常年的积累吧，有什么心得体会希望能够指点一下像我这样开始想学英语的人，谢谢。

哈哈....那你可要记住三个要决了...

1) 不耻下问.一定要想办法了解不明白的地方,并加以运用.( Since you like linux, you can always read the documentation of some linux stuff. For example, if you understand postfix configuration in chinese, then look at the english definition, then you will know how to use the terms)

2) 毅力,要知道这是一场"漫长的战争",就算会了也要精益求精,不然久了就会忘掉了..

3) 多讲,多听,多写,一定要做到不怕人笑,只要自己明白及知道错误并纠正. ( Use dictionary
if posible)
我自己也没上过什么语文班,只是时时记住这几个要点,那久而久之就会了.切记这是要很长时间来实践的哦 ( same for learning linux).
